Automation Sales Workshop: Sharing Knowledge and Exploring New Possibilities.
We recently gathered all group Sales Managers and Area Sales Managers in Denmark for a two-day Automation Sales Workshop focused on knowledge sharing, inspiration, and the newest possibilities within automation.
Visit at Welltec in Esbjerg.
The workshop took place on 27–28 April and brought colleagues together from across our sales organization.
The purpose was to strengthen our shared understanding of automation, explore how robot solutions are developing, and visit customers where we have already implemented automation solutions.
Our first customer visit was to Welltec in Esbjerg. Here, we had the opportunity to see one of our automation solutions in operation and gain a closer look at how the technology supports their production.
The visit also created a strong basis for internal knowledge sharing. During the afternoon, we held several sessions covering our experiences in Esbjerg, a presentation of the newest possibilities with iHMI, and looking at our newly developed measuring tool. These presentations gave us the chance to exchange ideas across markets, discuss customer needs, and share learnings that can help us identify future automation opportunities.
Visit at Robot Nordic and Nilpeter in Slagelse.
On the second day, we visited Robot Nordic in Odense, our automation company, and an important part of our ability to deliver high-standard robot solutions. Here, we explored the newest possibilities within robot automation and gained a deeper understanding of how Robot Nordic develops tailored solutions for industrial production.
A key part of the workshop was also discussing how we can cooperate even more closely across teams and markets. By combining our sales knowledge, machining expertise, and automation capabilities, we can support customers with stronger, more complete solutions.
The workshop concluded with a visit to Nilpeter, where we saw another example of an automation solution we have implemented at a customer site. This gave us another concrete reference point and showed how automation can be adapted to different production environments and customer needs.
Over the two days, the workshop gave us valuable opportunities to learn from each other, see technology in practice, and explore how automation can create new possibilities for our customers.
