We are now looking for a Master Data Manager who will play a key role in structuring, analyzing, and ensuring the quality of our data. The position will include some travel to our other offices as needed, but is primarily based at our Malmö office. You will report to the COO of the DMT Group.

Your Mission

As Master Data Manager, you will be responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining the quality of our master data—primarily related to products, customers, and suppliers.

You will work closely with both internal colleagues and external partners to ensure that we have accurate, up-to-date, and consistent information in our systems. You will also collaborate with the finance department to ensure that data collection and handling comply with financial regulations. This role is central in developing structures and routines for master data management, and you will have significant freedom to influence how the work is shaped.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining and developing master data in our ERP (SAP), PIM, and CRM systems
  • Ensuring that the right data is in the right place and format
  • Performing data analysis, structuring, standardization, and cleansing
  • Coordinating data collection across marketing, sales, and supplier functions
  • Participating in development projects and improving existing processes
  • Identifying and driving improvements, including AI support and automation
  • Contributing to the long-term digital integration strategy, where several platforms (ERP, CRM, PIM, quote and marketing automation tools) are to be interconnected and work seamlessly together

This position is a vital part of our digital transformation, where you will help shape how we work with data and systems at a group level, while ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations.

About You

We Prefer That You Have:
  • Several years of experience with business systems, master data, or IT
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally with connections to PIM/CRM
  • Advanced Excel skills and understanding of system integrations
  • Interest in data quality, automation, and business processes
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Relevant education in computer science, information systems, or similar
