The Dinox 220 IAT is a vertical gantry milling machine featuring a moving bridge (gantry) design, tailored for both heavy-duty material removal and high-speed finishing. Supported by an optimized compact layout and floor-level foundation, it incorporates linear motor drives and dual guideways on both longitudinal and cross axes. The machine is equipped with the TULCE 5-axis direct-drive universal milling head, providing high-speed positioning and precision, including up to 10° undercut capability. Advanced structural stiffness, temperature compensation, and a continuous geometry monitoring and automatic recalibration system ensure outstanding accuracy. |
